Secondary market trading in Brokers Palace hits record volume
Twelve businesses changed hands in September, led by logistics and healthcare.
DRDavid RodriguezAngel Investor · Former CEO at Global CommunitySeptember was the busiest month in Brokers Palace since launch. Twelve companies were sold through the platform, with a combined asking price just above €48M.
Logistics and healthcare services accounted for seven of the twelve transactions. Buyers were a mix of private-equity-backed roll-ups and first-time owner-operators, several of whom found the listing through a connection in the community rather than through the filters.
Average time from listing to signed letter of intent was 34 days, down from 51 days in the spring. Sellers who uploaded audited financials and a management presentation closed roughly twice as fast as those who did not.
