EcoNova Solutions oversubscribed by 150% in Series A round

EcoNova Solutions set a new record on GC Invest: its €4M Series A closed in nine days with €10M of registered interest from 140 members.

The company builds modular water-recycling units for industrial sites and has grown recurring revenue 3.5x year over year. The round was led by an institutional investor already active in the community, with Gold members filling the remaining allocation.

Founder Lina Berg credited the speed to the community format. Members could ask questions in the deal thread, and the team answered every one within hours, which shortened the diligence cycle for everyone.

Members whose interest was not allocated will be first in line for the secondary tranche planned for Q1. Portfolio holders can follow the position under Portfolio once the closing documents are signed.
